It uses ingredients you could easily find at your local grocery store. It’s perfect for dinner, lunch, or to be put in the fridge and reheated for a later meal. This soup is creamy, tangy, and perfect for a cozy fall night. Ingredients 2 28oz cans whole tomatoes 1 cup celery, diced 1 cup onion, diced ¼ cup all-purpose flour 1 tbsp sugar 2 tsp salt 1 cup heavy cream 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 stick of butter (1/2 cup) Desired amount of black pepper 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, but suggested) 4 cups chicken stock (optional, but suggested) For the grilled cheese 8 pieces of high-quality bread from a bakery 4 slices of any type of cheese.
